Ensuring the Validity of Online Assessment: Maximisation of the validity of online assessment requires a consideration of the complete selection pipeline and broader selection context.  This guide introduces some of the issues for assessors to consider and discusses how assessments can be positioned to ensure their validity. 

Test-taker’s Guide: To enable those who are about to take the PfS Reasoning Tests to be fully prepared, this guide introduces test-takers to the Reasoning Tests, includes sample questions and tips for how to do their best.  It is recommended that clients using the PfS Reasoning Tests send this guide to their test-takers when asking them to complete the tests.

Type Dynamics Indicator User's Guide: This user’s guide describes the development of the Type Dynamics Indicator, its rationale and links to Jung and its psychometric foundation. Used in combination with “The Essential Guide Series” it provides a resource for using the TDI® to help people in their work, their relationships and their lives.
