Training in Psychometrics

Professional, innovative, cost-effective, well-facilitated and structured

Via our extensive public and bespoke training programmes, we will help you to acquire, develop and implement specialist skills and techniques. We will do this by working in partnership with you on a consultancy basis and making available for your own use a broad range of proven tools, software and documentation, much of it unique to Team Focus.

Our training portfolio includes courses in influencing, coaching, counselling, giving feedback, interviewing, competency-based interviewing as well as the whole range of British Psychological Society (BPS) qualifying courses in Psychometrics (Level A and Level B).

Our courses are divided into three main categories:

BPS Level A and Level B courses in psychometric testing;
additional courses in psychometric testing;
continuous professional development.
