What is PfS?

PfS is an advanced online assessment system designed to understand people’s capabilities, preferences and motivations

Profiling for Success is an online assessment system. It is used by organisations to assess their current employees or job applicants, or by individuals for their personal development. The assessments available on PfS have been developed by experienced business psychologists according to best practice in the area of psychometrics and assessment.

To take any of the PfS assessments, you need a set of entry codes. Most people taking assessments on the PfS site will have been provided with the entry codes and password by their employer or another organisation which has asked them to take specific assessments. If so, and if you know what to do, then click on Take a test or questionnaire. You can also take some of the PfS tests and questionnaires as part of your own personal development or simply to get some experience of taking psychometric tests. If you would like to do this, click on Profile yourself to find out more.

Note that in the case of ability tests, the tests you will take if you buy them yourself will use different questions to those normally used for employee selection or development. However, the format of the tests and the style and difficulty level of the questions will be very similar.
